M. Tucker and Sons install Fold and Form PVC liners as a trenchless rehabilitation method for deteriorated sewer and stormwater pipes.
The process begins with a specially manufactured PVC liner, which is pre-folded into a U-shape to reduce its diameter. The liner is pulled or pushed into the existing pipe and then expanded using heat and pressure. Once heated, the PVC softens and reforms to fit tightly against the host pipe, restoring structural integrity and sealing cracks or defects. After cooling, the liner maintains its new shape, creating a seamless, corrosion-resistant pipe within the original structure.
